Carpenter by Occupation
Had a major injury while using an electric cutter, the cutter ran over his left index finger.
He suffered Open 2nd MCPJ Dislocation along with injury to the extensor tendons of his index finger.

He was taken to operation theatre urgently, his wound was debrided, targeted lavage was done, repair of collateral ligament of 2nd MCPJ, repair of extensor tendons and wound closure was done.
Patient achieved very good movements intra operatively.
