आजची case जरा special होती पेशंट च्या लग्नाला १३ वर्ष झाले होते,त्यांचे पाहिले बाळ १२ वर्षांचे होते,परंतु त्यांना परत प्रेगनेंसी राहिली नाही, बऱ्याच ठिकाणी उपचार घेवूनही त्यांना प्रेगनेंसी राहिली नाही,दुसऱ्या हॉस्पिटल मधे त्यांना IVF सांगितले होते,पण एक लास्ट चान्स म्हणून त्यांनी आपल्या हॉस्पिटल ला उपचार सुरू केले,त्यांचे योग्य निदान झाले आणि त्यांचे उपचार सुरू झाले,तीन महिन्यांच्या उपचाराने आज त्यांची pregnancy test positive आली.

आजची case: पेशंट ची HSG test केली होती तर त्यांची एक गर्भनलिका block होती pregnancy राहण्याची शक्यता कमी होती,पण सातत्य आणि विश्वास यामुळे त्यांची pregnanacy test आज positive आली.

पेशंट ची प्रेगनेंसी टेस्ट पॉजिटिव आली आणि काही दिवसांमधेच पेशंट च्या पोटामध्ये दुखू लागले म्हणून ते हॉस्पिटल ला आले असता त्यांची सोनोग्राफी केली त्यामध्ये गर्भ हा गर्भनालिकेमध्येच राहून फुटला होता,डॉक्टरांवर विश्वास ठेवून ते लगेच एडमिट होवून emrgency ऑपरेशन केले.लवकर निदान झाल्यामुळे आज पेशंट च्या दोन्ही नलिका एकदम व्यवस्थित आहेत..

लग्नाला चार वर्ष होवूनही पेशंट ला गर्भधारणा झाली नाही,त्यांनी मदर केअर हॉस्पिटल मधे उपचार सुरू केले आणि आज त्यांची pregnancy test positive आली #.
