Today, was invited at the prestigious Janata College, Kabuganj as a resource person about "Nasha Mukta Yuva For Viksit Bharat" under MY BHARAT , Cachar.
Spoke to the youth of the College about Drug abuse, it' s prevention and management. It was an interactive session and the students took an active part. I would like to thank Dr. Mithun Roy, Convenor, SAKSHAM & NEP CELL JANATA COLLEGE for organizing such programs. We need such guidance to produce healthy youth for the next gen.

Was blessed to be a part of "GANWE GANWE YOG MAHA ABHIJAN" closing cm certificate distribution ceremony of 11 days training of trainers, along with ADC, Cachar Sri Minojyoti Kutum Sir and Mr. Hemanga Boro, along with other dignitaries. Total 120 trainers were professionally trained with standard yoga protocols. I wish them success in their mission.
Yoga is something that enlightens the soul and in the present scenario where stress and lifestyle disorders are affecting the society as an epidemic, Yoga can serve as nectar. No doubt, in the near future Yoga training will become a budding career.
Yoga is a gift of India to the world.

मेरी छोटी के सुखी वैवाहिक जीवन लिए आप सभी आशीर्वाद कीजियेगा। 🙏
मैं साढ़े सात साल की थी जब मुझे ये प्यारी सी गुड़िया मिली, पहली बार गोद में लिया। मुझे बचपन का खिलौना मिली। हम दोनों एक साथ बड़े हुए, उसे पहला कदम चलने सिखाने से लेकर आज शादी के सात फेरों में कैसे चलना है ये सिखाना, इसी बीच हमने एक लंबा सफ़र तय किया। मां दुर्गा के आशीर्वाद से हमने अपने मां पिताजी के नक्शे कदम पर चलने की कोशिश की। बाकी ईश्वर की इच्छा। 🙏

too cute to handle. Now she is 3 years of age. A smart girl.
