World Blood Donor Day 2026 🩸-
-"Drops of blood may be small, but together they create an ocean of hope."

The World Blood Donor Day 2026 became a celebration of compassion as Marwari Seva Sammelan, in collaboration with Mahila Sakha, Samriddhi Branch, Marwari Yuva Manch, MYM Titans, and Rotary Club of Greenland, organized a mega voluntary blood donation camp at Jain Bhavan on 14th June.

The response was extraordinary—113 voluntary blood donations, the highest single-day collection of this year. Every donor became a silent hero. Every drop of blood became a promise of life. And every smile reflected the beauty of humanity united for a noble cause.

With heartfelt gratitude to every donor, volunteer, organizer, and supporter who turned compassion into action.

Celebrating the Spirit of Humanity on World Blood Donor Day 🩸

A heartfelt salute to the inspiring sibling duo, Mr. Rajarshi Bhattacharjee and Ms. Shipra Das, from SMILE N.G.O who stepped forward to donate blood for patients undergoing treatment at Cachar Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Silchar.

Together, they remind us that the bonds of family can extend beyond the home and become a source of hope for countless strangers in need.

Glimpses of World Blood Donor Day 2026 🩸-

At Kathia Baba Ashram, hearts came together for a cause greater than themselves. In an atmosphere filled with compassion, generosity, and hope, an outdoor blood donation camp organized by Barak Valley Voluntary Blood Donors' Forum, Cachar District Committee witnessed the collection of 25 precious units of blood.

Heartfelt thanks to Barak Valley Voluntary Blood Donors' Forum, Cachar District Committee for being our steadfast partner in nurturing and strengthening the culture of voluntary blood donation across the valley.

A record worth celebrating!❣️

As part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Barak Valley Blood Donors' Forum, 101 voluntary blood donations were collected on a single day (19th May 2026), paying tribute to the Language Martyrs of Barak Valley.
A milestone made possible by the collective efforts of donors, volunteers, and organizers which demonstrated the strength of community spirit and the enduring culture of voluntary blood donation in the Barak Valley.

Thank you for being part of this noble mission.
