🌸 C-SECTION KE BAAD: 5 IMPORTANT RECOVERY TIPS 🌸

A C-section is a major surgery, and proper care afterwards is important for a safe and comfortable recovery. 💗

Here are a few things every new mother should keep in mind:

🩹 1. Take care of your wound
Keep the incision area clean and dry. Use only the ointment or medication prescribed by your doctor. Avoid applying oil or any home remedies without medical advice.

💊 2. Take your medicines as prescribed
Continue your prescribed iron, calcium, pain medicines, antibiotics and other medications for the recommended duration. Don’t stop them on your own.

🥗 3. Focus on nutrition
Choose a diet rich in protein, iron and fibre.
Protein supports healing, iron helps replenish your body's needs, and fibre can help prevent constipation.

🚶‍♀️ 4. Stay gently active
Start walking and gradually increase your activity as advised by your doctor. Avoid prolonged bed rest, but also don’t overexert yourself.

🍼 5. Give yourself time to recover
Your body has just gone through childbirth and major surgery. Take adequate rest and follow your doctor’s advice regarding lifting, exercise and daily activities.

✨ Remember: Recovery doesn’t end when you leave the hospital. Proper aftercare is an important part of your healing journey. 🌷
