Yes, diabetics can eat mango in moderation.
A small serving (½ cup or 1 small slice) of fresh mango is usually safe if blood sugar is well controlled. Avoid mango juice and large portions.

A warm welcome to Shri Sunil Bansal Ji, National General Secretary, BJP, Hon’ble MP Shri Raju Bista Ji, and all esteemed dignitaries present at the Viksit Bharat conference – Dinabandhu Manch.

Over the past decade, India has witnessed remarkable progress in infrastructure, digital transformation, healthcare, education, financial inclusion, and social welfare. Through initiatives such as Digital India, Make in India, Startup India, Ayushman Bharat, and PM Gati Shakti, the foundation for a strong, prosperous, and inclusive nation has been laid.

The vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 is not merely about economic growth; it is about empowering every citizen, uplifting the poor, strengthening women, creating opportunities for youth, and ensuring that development reaches the last person in society.

Today, India stands as a global voice of confidence, innovation, and resilience. Under the leadership of Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, our nation is moving forward with determination towards becoming a developed nation by 2047.

Let us all contribute to this transformative journey and work together to build a stronger, healthier, and more prosperous India.

While we sleep peacefully, they stay awake protecting us. Yet many security personnel ignore their own health due to long duty hours, stress, and financial difficulties.

Today, through a simple BP and blood sugar check-up camp, we tried to give back a little care to those who spend their lives caring for our safety.

Health Check-up Camp for Private Security Personnel on the spot/ work place

Every day and every night, they stand guard while the rest of us sleep peacefully. They protect our homes, offices, hospitals, banks, schools, and communities with unwavering dedication. Yet, in the process of safeguarding others, many private security personnel often neglect their own health.

Long duty hours, irregular meals, financial challenges, lack of rest, and limited access to healthcare make them vulnerable to silent diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and stress-related illnesses. Many continue to work despite fatigue and health concerns simply because their responsibilities come first.

Recognizing their invaluable contribution to society, we are organizing a basic health screening and awareness program for private security staff.
