🧠 She was slowly going blind — and didn't know a tumor was the reason.

A 37F, came to us with headaches and rapidly failing vision from both sides. Vision had dropped to just 3/36 in one eye.

MRI revealed the answer — a large Pituitary Macroadenoma silently growing at the base of her brain, pressing on the optic chiasm and stealing her sight.

The solution? No skull opening. No brain surgery in the traditional sense.

✅ Endoscopic Trans-Nasal Trans-Sphenoidal (TNTS) excision — we went in through the nose, navigated through the sphenoid sinus, and removed the tumor entirely. No visible scar. No brain retraction.
