Here is how you can fix it tonight: 1️⃣ Stomach Sleepers 🛑: This twists your neck and ruins the natural curve of your spine. Try to avoid it!
2️⃣ Back Sleepers 🧘‍♂️: This is fine, but make sure to place a pillow under your knees for support.
3️⃣ Side Sleepers 🛌: This is the absolute best position! Just remember to keep a pillow between your knees.
