मोतियाबिंद अंधेपन का सबसे आम कारण है। यह पुरानी बीमारी उम्र के साथ धीरे-धीरे बढ़ती है। नेत्र विज्ञान में टेक्नोलॉजी में काफी प्रगति देखने को मिल रही है।

लेकिन भारत में ग्रामीण आबादी के अंतर्गत आने वाली बड़ी आबादी अभी भी बुनियादी सुविधा का लाभ उठाने से बहुत पीछे है।

कोसी की बहुत सारी ग्रामीण आबादी अब भी अपनी दृष्टि सुधार के लिए सुदूर पड़ोसी देशों में जाती है।

उन्हें अंधेपन का शीघ्र पता लगाने की सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए, हैप्पी होराइजन हेल्थकेयर ने एआरके हॉस्पिटल, सिमरीबख्तियारपुर, सहरसा और आनंद आई हॉस्पिटल के साथ मिलकर एक मुफ्त स्क्रीनिंग विजन कैंप का आयोजन किया।

ग्रामीण आबादी के लिए ऐसी पहल करने के लिए हम डॉ. अमित आनंद और डॉ. आनंद भगत के बहुत आभारी हैं। हम उनकी भागीदारी के लिए पूरी टीम के आभारी हैं

Cataract is the most common cause of blindness. This chronic disease progresses slowly with age. A lot of progress is being seen in technology in ophthalmology.

But the large population that comes under the rural population in India is still far behind to avail the basic facility.

In Kosi a lot of rural population, still goes to distant neighboring countries for their vision improvement.

To facilitate them for early detection of blindness, Happy Horizon Healthcare organized a free screening vision camp along with ARK Hospital, Simribakhtiyarpur, Saharsa and Anand Eye Hospital.

We are very grateful to Dr. Amit Anand and Dr. Anand Bhagat for taking such an initiative for the rural population. We are grateful to the entire team for their participation
