🚨 FOOD POISONING ALERT 🚨
A recent pani puri-related food poisoning outbreak in Sircilla is a reminder that even our favourite street foods can become dangerous when hygiene is compromised.
Contaminated water, unwashed hands, and improperly stored ingredients can lead to serious infections causing:
❌ Vomiting
❌ Loose motions
❌ Severe dehydration
❌ Hospitalisation, especially in children
👶 Children, pregnant women, elderly individuals, and people with low immunity are at higher risk.
✅ Eat only from hygienic food stalls.
✅ Avoid food prepared with unsafe water.
✅ Start ORS immediately if vomiting or diarrhoea occurs.
✅ Seek medical attention if the child becomes dull, stops passing urine, or has persistent vomiting.
Your health is more important than a momentary craving.
🍽️ Enjoy street food responsibly.
💧 Safe water + Clean hands = Healthy families.
