Ltd., and in year 2000 started manufacturing its own products under loan licence arrangements. In year 2002 after establishing a market base the company has set up its own SSI unit in Shamti, 5 Km. Today Meridian group is a diversified pharmaceutical conglomerate and have seven dedicated units located in pristine surroundings of Shivalik foothills in Himachal Pradesh and has been built and equipped keeping in view all the requirements laid down in GMP and Schedule M (revised) of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.
