Post traumatic grade 3 c with loss of bone and soft tissue loss with vasular injury and sinle vessel limb
Managed elsewhere with exfix and left pt in limbo
Came from madhyapradesh for treatment

1) He was initially having bilateral bothbone loss of tissue on rt leg

2) He underwent nailing for left tibia ,
Exfix realignment and debridement of wound with bonecement spacer

3) Later crossleg flap with free fibula bone as free graft for stability

4) After 4 weeks he had loss of upper portion of flap so

5) He was finally covered with gastrocnemius faciocutenous flap and insert of crossleg flap

Degloving lower limb injury

A young 25-year-old male met with an accident while riding a bike. he got a run-over injury without a bony fracture with extensive degloving loss of skin and soft tissue with avulsion of gastrosoleus complex, tendoachillis from its insertion.

After multiple surgical procedures, he can walk near normal in 40 days and all wounds healed well without any bony, tendon, or neurovascular exposure.

No loss of range of movement and able to do complete weight bearing with heel and toe movements intact
