हर केस में तुरंत मालिश जरूरी नहीं होती। पहले 3 महीने बच्चे को सही तरीके से दूध पिलाएं — सिर थोड़ा ऊंचा रखकर। कई बच्चों में समस्या अपने आप ठीक हो जाती है। 👶🏻✨
