Hello everyone..sharing an interesting case
40 yr male diabetic,hypertensive male came with malunited fracture tibia with angulation..his day to day activities hampered because of this deformity.. limping while walking gave him severe backache nad radicular pain also ..he came to us for further .....here is how we manage his deformity and gave him a straight leg...and ofcourse relieved it's associated pain also....
