30 year old male c/o recurrent epistaxis on left side with nasal block..on examination there was bony spur on left side abutting left lateral nasal wall which was the reason for recurrent epistaxis.. Septoplasty was done and bony spur was removed..now patient is doing well..no nasal blockage and no epistaxis..posting pre-op and post op pics..🙏🙏

• Split earlobe is very much common in women.
usually results from trauma (e.g. child pulling on earrings) or continuous use of heavy ear rings.
•Earlobe repair facility is available at our center.
Repair of the earlobe is carried out under local anaesthesia. We can repair using very fine sutures, with these we hardly see any post procedural scarring or suture line.

22years female patient with hard of hearing with heavyness in right ear. Diagnosis - atelectesis with ? Fluid behind the TM.. Patient improved significantly after medical treatment with improvement in hearing as well.
