I try to the fullest yet, this disease persistently evades control. Such that extremely long relationships get abrupted down the line. Why the hell! don’t we catch them early enough. Breaking bad news is a reality in advanced cancer treatment. No point shying away from it. It deserves the same dignity as many small glories leading up to it. Someone has to do it. If I’m chosen to be one of those confronting realities of life and death, so be it.
