Today, 29th August 2026, marked a truly historic and emotional moment for Imam Hussain (A.S.) Hospital as the Nalwala Foundation CT Scan Unit was officially inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister for Health & Medical Education, Ms. Sakeena Masood Itoo.

The inauguration took place in the gracious presence of Mr. Hussain Nalwala, Founder of Nalwala Foundation, whose generosity and commitment to humanity have once again brought a much-needed healthcare facility closer to the people.

Blood Donation Camp Successfully Organized 05 July 2026

Today, 05 July 2026, a successful Blood Donation Camp was jointly organized by SDH Sopore, Imam Hussain (A.S.) Hospital, and the Auqaf Committee, Imam Bargah Hazrat Abu al-Fazal al-Abbas (A.S.), Mirgund, Pattan.

By the grace of Almighty Allah and with the overwhelming support of our community, 130 units of blood were collected. This remarkable contribution will help save many precious lives and reflects the spirit of humanity, compassion, and selfless service.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the generous blood donors, dedicated volunteers, the medical teams of SDH Sopore and Imam Hussain (A.S.) Hospital, and the Auqaf Committee for their sincere efforts in making this program a great success. Your commitment and cooperation made this initiative truly meaningful.
