A patient with just 19 years of age with married life of just 3 months came in opd with abdominal pain,on ultrasound examination it was found to be right sided ruptured ectopic pregnancy with hemoperitoneum,Urgent laparoscopic salpingectomy done and patient's life was saved. Accurate diagnosis & prompt treatment can save so much life saving time of the patient.

એક ૧૯ વર્ષનુ દર્દી કે જેના લગ્નને ફક્ત ૩ માસ જ થયા હતા એ ઓપીડીમા પેટ ના દુખાવા સાથે બતાવવા આવ્યું ,તપાસમાં તથા સોનોગ્રાફી કરતાં માલૂમ પડયું કે ગર્ભાશય ની નળીમાં બાળક રોકાઈને નળી ફાટી જતાં પેટમાં લોહીનો ભરાવો થઇ રહ્યો હતો, તાત્કાલિક સારવાર શરૂ કરી તરત દૂરબીનથી ઓપરેશન કરીને દર્દી ને બચાવી લેવામાં આવ્યું કે જેમા દર્દી ના જીવનુ પણ જોખમ હોય છે.
આવો કેસોમાં સચોટ નિદાન અને ત્વરિત સારવાર ખૂબ જરૂરી હોય છે.
