Young female with trauma to face lead to fracture of nasal bone and septum with displacement leading to complete right nasal blockage and external nasal deviat. Fracture reduction with Endoscopic Septoplasty was done and replacement done. Nasal blockage was relieved and disfigurement corrected.

44 year male patient came with complaint of swelling in floor of mouth with difficulty in eating. History of similar lesion before 4 years followed by excision at somewhere else present. Complete sublingual gland with lesion excised and sent for HPE which came out to be "Minor Salivary gland Papilloma" which is very rare in incidence.

Patient came with complaint of multiple neck swelling since 1 month. Multiple matted lymphadenopathy was present on examination. After proper investigations patient kept for lymphnode biopsy to rule out TB lymphadenitis which is second most prevalent form of Tuberculosis. Tuberculosis confirmed on HPE and gene expert and AKT was started. Patient is in improving phase.
