MYTH ❌: Mental illness = weakness

FACT ✅: Mental illness એ એક real health condition છે — weakness નથી.

Diabetes કે BP ને કોઈ weakness નથી કહેતા…
તો depression, anxiety ને કેમ weakness એવું લેબલ કરીએ છે?

Help માંગવી, accept કરવું અને heal થવું — આ real strength છે. 🧠
