Some surgeries test both skill and patience.

This patient had:
• Previous corneal transplant
• Mature cataract
• Short eye (Axial length 19 mm)
• Shallow anterior chamber
• +40 D IOL requirement
• Only functional eye

Complex cataract surgery was performed with SICS technique while carefully protecting the corneal graft.

Cases like this remind us why precision and experience matter in ophthalmic surgery.
