Misalignment with global mental health frameworks like ICD-11
Potential negative impact on mental health and access to care

CPSI strongly advocates for:

✔ Inclusive and accessible legal recognition systems
✔ Affirmative, trauma-informed mental health care
✔ Policy reform through meaningful consultation with transgender communities

This is a call to align legislation with constitutional values, scientific understanding, and human dignity.
