So we stepped out and asked people a few simple questions about cancer.
What we discovered was honestly unsettling.

Not because people don’t care —
but because awareness is still far lower than it should be for something that can completely change a life.

This little experiment opened our eyes.
And pushed us to do more, say more, and show up more.

Because if people don’t know, they can’t act.

Grateful to be part of cases that truly define what surgery stands for.

A rare case of adamantinoma of the tibia—
requiring resection of 22 cm of diseased bone.

Reconstruction was carried out using a vascularized fibula graft, supported with plate fixation,
with the aim not just to remove disease, but to restore stability and function.

These outcomes are never individual efforts,
they reflect the precision, planning, and teamwork across specialties.

What made this case even more meaningful was that it was done as a charitable effort, a small way of giving back through what we do every day.
