# Founder's Message
**Celebrating 20 Years at Our Tambaram Home**

Dear Members of the Nirmals Eye Hospital Family,
Today, as we celebrate 20 years in our Tambaram hospital building, my heart is filled with gratitude and pride. This milestone belongs to every member of the Nirmals family who has contributed to our journey.
For two decades, we have remained committed to our mission of **Restoring Sight and Hope**. Every patient we have served and every life we have touched has been made possible through the dedication, compassion, and integrity of our entire team.
I sincerely thank all our doctors, nurses, optometrists, patient care teams, operation theatre staff, administrators, support staff, outreach teams, and every employee who has helped build this institution. My appreciation also extends to our Guduvanchery Centre, charitable services, school screening programmes, industrial camps, and community eye care initiatives that have expanded our reach beyond our hospital walls.
I offer my deepest gratitude to my wife, **Dr. Sunitha Nirmal**, for her unwavering support and commitment to ethical patient care throughout these twenty years. I also thank **Dr. S. Gunasekar** for his invaluable encouragement from the very beginning of this journey.
My sincere appreciation goes to all our consultant doctors, referring doctors, professional associates, community partners, and well-wishers for their continued trust and support.
Today, we also celebrate the loyalty of our long-serving employees, especially **Mrs. Anley Jebasheela**, our HR Manager, who completes 20 years of dedicated service. She represents the commitment and values that define Nirmals Eye Hospital.
Our success has never been built on infrastructure alone, but on quality, ethical practice, patient safety, clinical excellence, compassion, and teamwork. These values will continue to guide us as we move forward.
