Be conscious of what your surrounding yourself with, because that is what impacts your state of mind, your happiness & ultimately your life.
👉 If your trying to lose weight, don’t bring food you tend to binge on in to your house.
👉 if your trying to start a healthier morning routine, don’t stay up late binge watching Netflix.
👉 if your trying to stop drinking, avoid meeting friends in bars for a bit.
👉 if you feeling disorganised or unsettled, start by cleaning or tidying your desk.
The thing is - we have to create an environment that supports us and then that environment helps us become what we want to be.

Do you need a little motivation or inspiration today? When your plans dont work out the way you planned, it sucks. It feels like everyone else has their stuff together but you keep falling flat on your face…
Remember, everyone is at different stages of growth.. the person your admiring has almost certainly gone through this falling on the face period to get to where they are today.
