Observation of Heat Action Day & World Environment Day 2026 🌱🌍

The District Health Society (NPCCHH), Lohit District, Tezu in collaboration with Lohit Forest Division, Tezu and Lohit Green Foundation (NGO) successfully organized Heat Action Day and World Environment Day at Auxilium School, Loiliang (formerly known as St. George School, Loiliang) on 05/06/2026.

The event witnessed active participation from students, teaching and non-teaching staffs, Gaon Buras from nearby villages, NGO members and other community representatives.

Activities included tree plantation drive, awareness talks on Heat Action Day and World Environment Day and distribution of IEC pamphlets to promote environmental conservation and climate resilience.

Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to a greener, healthier, and more sustainable future for all. 🌳♻️🌏
