Thanks 😊 to our wonderful patient who generously agreed to share his journey of undergoing his 3rd revision rhinoplasty at our hospital.
Each nose truly tells a story.
Behind every nose is not just anatomy, but years of expectations, disappointments, hope, and courage.
ℹ️ This patient had previously undergone one septoplasty and two rhinoplasty surgeries at other centers. A silicone implant had been placed for augmentation, but unfortunately the outcome did not meet his expectations. When he came to us, he carried not only a surgically altered nose, but also understandable anxiety and hesitation after multiple procedures.
Revision rhinoplasty is never just about reshaping cartilage and bone — it is about rebuilding trust, restoring confidence, and giving the patient a result that finally feels natural and harmonious.
After careful evaluation and detailed discussions, we removed the silicone implant and reconstructed the nose 👃 using costal cartilage, allowing us to rebuild the nasal framework in a more stable and natural way.
What made this journey special was the patient’s patience, resilience, and faith in the process. Revision surgeries often require both the surgeon and the patient to work together with realistic expectations and meticulous planning.
Seeing his satisfaction and renewed confidence reminds us why we do what we do.
We are deeply grateful 🙏 to him for allowing his story to be shared. Because in rhinoplasty, every nose carries a history — and every successful revision becomes a story of restoration and hope.
