From watching matches at Wankhede Stadium to standing on the field as a Sports Physio today… full circle moment. 🏏✨
The IPL & Mumbai Cricket League energy hits differently at Wankhede, and I’m truly grateful to be there for the Tata AIG employees’ match.

But today was also a reminder that no match is ever “just a casual match.”
A serious on-field injury suspected to be an ACL/Meniscus tear led to immediate medical attention and hospital transfer.

Whether it’s a corporate game or a professional league — every athlete deserves proper medical care, quick response & sports rehab support.

Avoiding stairs or sitting on the floor isn’t a lifelong rule — it’s usually just a phase during pain.

When your knee is hurting, your body temporarily can’t handle certain loads. So yes, short-term modification helps.
But long-term avoidance leads to muscle weakness, reduced mobility, and more joint stress.

The goal is not to stop movement…
