When I started the journey from rented clinic to own I almost forgot one thing which could make lots of difference that is my salary ,you must be thinking why should I give salary in the owner but if I don’t give salary to myself how I will save or use money for my personal expenses
Value your work efforts ..if you are on job yiu get salary right then why not for your self .
I think all business owner specially the start up one should look out for this point .
