Sometimes, self-care isn’t just about making time. 🌱

Family responsibilities, work demands, other people’s expectations, or an unsupportive environment can make self-care harder.

You may not be able to change everything around you — but you can choose where to place your energy. 💜

🌻Reflecting on an enriching professional learning experience!

Our Director, Mrs. Asira Chirmuley Divan, was honoured to be invited as a Resource Person for the Professional Training Workshop on “Counseling Strategies in Epilepsy", jointly organised by Samman Association and Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital & Medical Research Institute✨

As part of this multidisciplinary workshop, she conducted a session on “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depressive and Anxious Symptoms in Patients with Epilepsy”, exploring how psychological interventions can support emotional well-being and improve quality of life for individuals living with epilepsy.🌼

The workshop brought together neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and epilepsy specialists, creating a meaningful space for interdisciplinary learning through expert sessions, case discussions, role plays, and interactive conversations.💜

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an initiative that emphasises the importance of integrating psychological care into comprehensive epilepsy management.❤️

Before you change yourself to fit in, read this⬇️

Self growth is important. We all need to learn, adapt, unlearn, and change.🌻
But there’s a difference between growing and shrinking yourself to fit in.

🌼You can work on your patterns without changing your personality.

🌼You can become more flexible without abandoning your values.

🌼You can adapt without constantly asking, “How do I become what they want me to be?”

Change. Grow. Adapt. But don’t lose yourself trying to belong.✨

“Lift Yourself by Yourself” — An Experiential Journey Towards Self-Reliance ✨

A glimpse into our experiential workshop at Chinmaya Vibhooti, Pune, inspired by Chapter 6, Verse 5 of the Bhagavad Gita.🌻

The session explored how we can cultivate inner strength, take charge of our thoughts, and develop a healthier relationship with our mind.♥️

Through meaningful reflections and experiential activities, participants explored the idea that the mind can either hold us back or become a powerful ally in our growth. 🌿

The workshop was conducted in Hindi and Marathi, making the experience more relatable and engaging for the participants. 💜
