Strengthening of core (abdominal muscles+ pelvic muscles+ diaphragm) is an important part of pulmonary rehabilitation.

➡️ Core dysfunction or poor posture can affect your breathing pattern

➡️ Improving core includes strengthening your Diaphragm and learning correct breathing techniques

➡️Improper breathing technique or weaken core or poor posture can also lead to BACK PAIN issues

➡️Lung disease just not affect your lungs it also affects your entire body, which in turn affects your daily activities reducing your aerobic capacity and strength.

➡️Thus PULMONARY REHABILITATION involves exercise training, breathing techniques and health education giving it a holistic approach
