Do you always sit cross-legged at work or home?

Sitting this way for long hours tilts your pelvis and puts uneven pressure on your lower back.

One side of your muscles gets tight while the other gets stretched, eventually leading to back pain, neck strain, and poor posture! The good news is you do not have to stop completely.

Just remember to change your position every 20-30 minutes, uncross your legs, and stretch. If your pain persists, do not just blame your posture; get it checked!

Tingling or a "current-like" feeling in your legs?

It is not always Sciatica! If it shoots down one leg, it might be a compressed nerve.

But if you feel numbness or tingling in BOTH legs, it could actually be a Vitamin B12 deficiency.

B12 protects your nerves, and a lack of it causes tingling, fatigue, and balance issues. Don't guess your diagnosis; get it checked!

Frequent urination? It might actually be a spine issue!

The nerves that control your bladder originate in your lower spine. If conditions like a slipped disc or spinal stenosis compress these nerves, it can lead to frequent urination or even bladder leaks.

While issues like a UTI or diabetes are common causes, if your urinary problems are accompanied by back pain, leg pain, or numbness, do not ignore it! Getting the right diagnosis is crucial.

Love high heels but hate the back pain?

When you wear them, your body weight shifts forward, forcing your lower back to arch and heavily stressing your spine.

To avoid back pain and muscle fatigue, limit how long you wear them continuously and choose a comfortable heel height!

Why does a simple sneeze cause sharp leg pain?

Do you feel a sharp pain shooting down your leg every time you cough or sneeze? This happens because coughing and sneezing suddenly increase pressure inside your spine. If a nerve is already compressed due to a slip disc or spinal stenosis, this extra pressure triggers a shooting pain down your leg, commonly known as sciatica.

If this happens frequently or is accompanied by numbness and tingling, do not ignore it. Early diagnosis can keep your treatment simple and often helps avoid surgery.

Does the robot do the surgery on its own?

Not at all! I control every movement. The robot simply acts as an advanced guide for millimeter-level precision, resulting in smaller cuts and a faster recovery.

While this technology is incredible, traditional surgery is still highly effective for many cases. At the end of the day, a surgeon's experience matters far more than the machine!

Think Tuberculosis only affects your lungs?

The TB bacteria can actually travel through your blood and infect your spine, a condition known as Spinal TB or Pott's Disease.

Early symptoms like persistent back pain, low-grade fever, or weight loss are often dismissed as normal fatigue.

However, delaying treatment can lead to severe bone damage, spinal deformity, or even paralysis.

Do tailbone cushions actually work for desk job back pain?

If you sit for hours at a 9–6 office job, prolonged sitting puts constant pressure on your lower back and tailbone.

Using a coccyx cushion on your office chair or car seat is a simple way to relieve direct pressure on your tailbone and maintain better sitting posture!

However, if your pain persists for more than two to three weeks, make sure to consult a spine specialist for a proper evaluation.

Can a weak spine handle surgery?

Yes!
Osteoporosis lowers bone density, meaning traditional implants need specialized techniques to grip securely. Treating an osteoporotic spine focuses on both fixing the spinal issue and strengthening the bone using medications, supplements, or minimally invasive procedures like vertebroplasty. With advanced surgical planning, even fragile bones can be treated safely to relieve pain and restore stability!
