“25 વર્ષની એક મહિલા દર્દી (G2P1) પેટના દુખાવાની તકલીફ સાથે OPD માં આવી. યુરિન પ્રેગ્નન્સી ટેસ્ટ (UPT) પોઝિટિવ આવ્યો. ત્યારબાદ કરવામાં આવેલા અલ્ટ્રાસાઉન્ડ તપાસમાં જમણી બાજુની ફેલોપિયન ટ્યુબમાં 6 અઠવાડિયાની જીવંત એક્ટોપિક ગર્ભાવસ્થા હોવાનું નિદાન થયું. દર્દીની હાલતને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને ડો.કૈલાસ ગઢવી દ્વારા લેપ્રોસ્કોપિક પદ્ધતિથી જમણી બાજુની ટ્યૂબ નું ઓપરેશન કરવામાં આવ્યું.
