Along with the oil, try to make the following a regular practice during the ovulation phase if you are planning for conception.

From day 12 to day 15 of the cycle, women can include urad dal in the diet in forms that are easy to digest and nourishing, like kheer, vada, idli, or dosa. In Ayurveda, this is traditionally advised to support healthy endometrial lining and reproductive hormone balance.

For men, regular intake of ghee and milk, especially at bedtime, helps support nourishment and libido.

There are a few more herbs that can further support conception, but it is important not to overload the body with too many things at once without medical supervision.

If you are dealing with inflammation, please address it properly with the guidance of an Ayurvedic doctor.

And when I speak about inflammation, I do not mean only raised ESR, CRP, or hsCRP values. In Ayurveda, we also look at Aama, the deeper metabolic imbalance that gradually affects hormones, fertility, and overall health.

Most thyroid issues are not happening because your body suddenly became deficient in iodine, selenium, iron or Vitamin D.

In many cases, the body has simply been under stress for a long time - late nights, irregular meals, eating in a rush, relying on caffeine, skipping proper food and then trying to “fix” it with salads, supplements and detox teas.

Eating a salad every day is not automatically healthy if the body is craving a proper meal and digestion is already weak.
And detoxing for months together is not helping if the body is already tired.

Even deficiencies often have a deeper root.
If the gut is not functioning well, nutrients will not absorb properly no matter how many supplements you take.

This is why temporary remedies may improve reports for some time, but symptoms keep returning.

You see that? That’s exactly why choosing the right partner really matters.

It’s not just about vibes or even matching kundalis. It goes a little deeper than that. It’s about actually understanding your own prakriti first. Your body type, your nature, the way you react to things. And then seeing what kind of person balances you or complements you.

Because sometimes the issue is not fate. It is not that something is wrong on paper. It is just that your prakriti and their prakriti are clashing in that moment.

I have seen this so many times. In my own relationships, with my siblings, with my partner. The most common one?

A hot headed pitta person with a super calm, almost ice cold kapha person.

One person is reacting, getting triggered, losing their cool. The other one is just there… calm, steady, almost unaffected.

And yes, it can be very irritating.

But at the same time, that is also what keeps things from completely falling apart.

Because when one person is all over the place, the other one is holding it down.

So what feels like a problem in that moment… is actually balance, just in a different form.

So next time you have an issue with your partner, just pause and think.
