Over four days, we gather in a quiet and steady space to turn inward and listen more closely to the subtle movement of our own energy.

Guided by the traditional teachings preserved at the School of Santhi, the retreat explores the foundations of Kundalini Yoga in a grounded and accessible way. We will work with chakras, bija mantras, breath practices, chakra meditation, and deep relaxation — allowing awareness to gently expand and the inner system to balance and harmonize.

Held in a small and personal setting, with attentive guidance and shared practice, this retreat offers space to rest, reflect, and renew.

Open to both newcomers and experienced practitioners.

From Womb to Wisdom: The First Door of Knowing - Part 1

In this profound discourse, Santhi explores the psychological and existential journey of the human soul. The talk begins by defining Swadhisthana as the dwelling place of the self and uses the transition from the womb to the outside world as a powerful metaphor for our spiritual evolution.

The speaker describes the biological transition of birth as a crisis moment where we are pushed from the known security of the mother into the frightening unknown. He explains that all living beings possess an inherent, genetic tendency to seek out the known to reestablish a sense of oneness and comfort.

In a fascinating reversal of this natural instinct, Santhi defines true spirituality as the courageous move from the known back into the unknown. While society conditions us to feel as though we have understood the world, the video emphasizes that this is often a false idea. True spiritual seeking requires the same intellectual honesty found in great scientists—the humility to admit how little we actually know.

The role of a spiritual master is presented not as a provider of answers, but as a guide for deconditioning the mind. By helping the seeker unlearn societal training, the master paves the way for the individual to face the unknown supported by their own internal trust and love.

The Ānandamaya Kośa, as per yogic and Upanishadic philosophy, represents the deepest layer of our being. With ānanda meaning delight, joy, or profound happiness and kośa signifying a sheath, the Ānandamaya Kośa is often termed the "sheath of bliss."

Even the sheath of bliss is not the final truth.
Ānandamaya Kośa, though filled with peace and joy, is still a layer — subtle, comforting, and luminous, yet something that can be experienced. And whatever is experienced is not who we ultimately are. 🌿

In deep meditation, bliss may arise. Stillness may deepen. A sense of completeness may be felt. But the invitation here is to observe even that — without clinging, without identifying. When bliss is witnessed rather than possessed, the observer stands free.
