Dr. Veena Choodamani A doctor by profession with over 15 years of experience, my area of expertise belongs to Gynaecology I also went on to complete my DNB in the same year.

I am a Consultant Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Gynaec Lap Surgeon who has experience from many reputed hospitals like Lords Hospital and Anayara and SK Hospital, in Edappazhanji, Trivandrum. I also manage my own clinic, named Diagnostic Services, located in Kumarapuram, Trivandrum. I have also extended my experience with Laxmi Hospital, Ernakulam, Kerala and KIMS Trivandrum. At Amrita Institute

of Medical Sciences, I performed the role as an Assistant Professor in OBG. About three years later, I set up the Gynec Department in the Medical College wherein I performed numerous laparoscopic procedures and managed high risk pregnancies. I have further worked as an Independent Consultant, managing over 50 deliveries a month at Moulana Hospital, Perintalmanna. A highly skilled professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of medicine, my area of expertise also extends to Laparoscopy, High Risk Obstetrics, Infertility, Hysteroscopy etc. After having completing my MBBS in the year 1995 from Karnataka Medical College, Hubli, I went ahead and pursued my MD from Bangalore Medical College in the year 2000. I have worked at many prominent institutions over the years, which has added great value to my expertise. My competence in performing Laparoscopic Surgeries and handling infertility treatments has given me a wider exposure among people. I have also independently performed more than 1500 laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. At Diagnostic Services, Kumarapuram, handling cases of high risk pregnancy has been my forte. The centre is well established and provides services related to infertility, Follicular Studies USS and HSg. The centre provides excellent lab services for all relevant investigations and also provides antenatal and family planning counseling for couples.
