I am a Kids Yoga teacher and Psychologist. I am travelling around the world teaching Kid's Yoga. This experience is about connecting with people and communities to expand the knowledge and explore cultures in a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual background. I integrate Mindfulness and Psychology in my yoga classes. My aim is to help children explore their feelings, expand their self-knowled

ge and present moment awareness, whilst helping them to regulate energy and emotions. My ambition is to develop a greater compassion and empathy from childhood to create a more cohesive community and a better world.
