❤️ A SINCERE MESSAGE TO ALL NURSING ASPIRANTS & PARENTS/GUARDIANS🌿

As someone working in the nursing profession, I sincerely request all students and parents/guardians to please be careful before taking admission into any nursing institution.

I am sharing this information because a student’s nursing career should never be affected by wrong information, false promises or unauthorised agencies. Before paying fees or confirming admission, please take a few minutes to verify the institution and the particular course through the official Assam Nursing Council (ANC) website.

📚 Private Nursing Institutions in Assam
At present, there are:
🔹 65 Private GNM Nursing Institutions
🔹 35 Private ANM Nursing Institutions
🔹 25 Private Colleges of Nursing offering B.Sc. Nursing

🔘It has come to our notice that some students are being misguided by unauthorised agencies or individuals regarding GNM and ANM admissions.

Therefore, my humble request to every student and guardian is:
✅ Please check the ANC website( Assam Nursing Council) before taking admission.
✅ Verify whether the institution and the particular course are recognised/approved.
✅ Do not depend only on agents, advertisements, social media posts or verbal assurances.

🔘Admission to an unrecognised or unauthorised institution/course may seriously affect your future. Students from such institutions may not be eligible for registration with the Assam Nursing Council and may face difficulties in pursuing employment where valid nursing registration is required.

🌿 PLEASE VERIFY BEFORE YOU TAKE ADMISSION.
A few minutes of verification today can protect years of your education, hard work and dreams.
🔘Every student who chooses nursing carries a dream of caring for people and serving society. Please protect that dream by choosing the right institution and following the proper educational pathway.
🔘Do not allow false promises or misleading information to come between you and your dream.

A Tuberculosis sensitisation session was conducted by NTEP (National Tuberculosis Elimination Program) on the campus. The application of TB Mukt bharat was introduced in the session by the district TB Programme Manager, Dr. Bidyut Borgohain.
