Patient Mr. Bandi Ramanaiah from Venkatagiri was admitted to SBMCH with severe stomach pain and persistent vomiting. After detailed evaluation, he was diagnosed with electrolyte imbalance and pyloric stenosis related to previous ulcer complications following surgery done 2 years ago. Our surgical team successfully performed Gastrojejunostomy, Vagotomy & Feeding Gastrojejunostomy. After treatment and recovery care, the patient was discharged in stable condition. During the recent follow-up OP visit, he showed fast recovery and good clinical improvement.
