1. Plantar Fasciitis - "Subah ka heel pain"
Subah bed se utarte hi aedi mein tez chubhan? Ye plantar fasciitis ho sakta hai.
✅ Solution: Calf stretch, frozen bottle roll, physio mein ultrasound + taping

2. Flat Feet/Fallen Arches
Pair jaldi thak jaate hain? Ghutna ya kamar mein bhi dard rehta hai?
✅ Solution: Arch strengthening exercises, sahi footwear, custom orthotics
