Grateful for the opportunity to host a free Physiotherapy camp on 28th July at Smt. Krishna Sharma Anand Vruddhashram , Tara Sansthan ,Udaipur.💫
We educated 40 participants about the significance of staying active and how simple regular exercises can make a huge difference in maintaining joint health and overall well-being. We provided personalized consultations, tailored exercise plans and distributed detailed booklet featuring exercise descriptions and photoes along with ice packs to support our seniors in their journey to pain-free living.

Seeing the smiles and hearing the positive feedback from the seniors reinforced our commitment to community health and wellness. Looking forward to more such camps with them! Let’s keep moving and staying fit together! 💪📘❄️
