Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana organized a Lean Start-up / Mentoring Activity under the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and start-up culture among pharmacy students.
A total of 45 B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. students participated actively and presented their innovative ideas, start-up concepts, and solutions related to pharmaceuticals, healthcare, pharmaceutical formulations, drug delivery, and allied areas.
Evaluation & Mentoring
Mr. Pramod Lande, General Manager, District Industry Centre, Buldhana, evaluated the students’ innovative ideas and interacted with the participants. He appreciated the students’ creativity, enthusiasm, and innovative efforts and motivated them to further develop their ideas into practical, commercially viable, and socially useful solutions.
His valuable guidance provided students with insights into innovation, entrepreneurship, feasibility, market potential, and start-up development, thereby encouraging them to pursue their ideas with greater confidence.
Outcome
The programme provided an effective platform for students to showcase their innovative pharmaceutical ideas and entrepreneurial potential. It enhanced their understanding of start-up ideation, problem-solving, product development, and idea pitching, while strengthening the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at the institute.
The programme was an enriching and motivating experience for the participating students and successfully encouraged them to explore innovative solutions and entrepreneurial opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
