What Every Expecting Mom Should Know

Feeling your baby move inside the womb is one of the most magical and reassuring experiences during pregnancy 💛
Those tiny kicks, flutters, and rolls are beautiful signs that your baby is growing, active, and responding to you.

🌸 When Do Baby Movements Start?
• First-time moms usually feel movements around 22–24 weeks
• Moms who have experienced pregnancy before may notice movements earlier, around 16–18 weeks

🌸 How to Feel Baby Movements More Clearly?
Lie down on your left side after having a meal and relax. Babies are often more active when the mother is calm, making it easier to notice gentle kicks and movements.

🌸 What Is Considered Normal?
After 28 weeks, you should generally feel around 10–12 movements in a day.

Another simple way:
After eating, lie on your left side and check if you can feel at least 3–4 movements.
