These days there is lot of trend on Instagram reels and posts of how a narcissist is and that you maybe entrapped in a relationship with a narcissist!

As a result, we get to see people coming up to us with their relationship issues and labelling their partner as a narcissist. I am glad that due to information so widely available, people are aware about their surroundings. But at the same time, they keep over diagnosing misjudging.

A person can have some narcissistic traits but that doesn’t mean that it is a narcissistic personality disorder.

These six common symptoms of narcissism can help you identify a narcissist:

-Has a grandiose sense of self-importance.
-Lives in a fantasy world that supports their delusions of grandeur.
-Needs constant praise and admiration.
-Sense of entitlement.
-Exploits others without guilt or shame.
-Frequently demeans, intimidates, bullies, or belittles others.

Everyone feels tired and fatigue from time to time. But if that tiredness and fatigue has lasted for many months, then it is a matter of concern. It gets in the way of your daily routine and work and rest doesn’t seem to help.

We all have heard a complaint from someone of not being able to finish a task or a chore they have started. They will open the cupboard to clean it but some people are never able to start and some leave it halfway.
There could be many reasons responsible for this:
- anxiety to complete a task
- lack of motivation

When a person starts to get addicted to a substance that is harmful, there certain changes in his/her behaviour. If you care watchful and careful for the signs you might identify the individuals addictive behaviours.
Very commonly, the person is caught lying about their whereabouts on multiple occasions. As mentioned above , the use of perfumes and mouth fresheners is more than usual and the fragrance is different than the person would usually be expected to use.
