46y/m coming with inability to walk following surgery after 3months, was found to be a case of non-uniting distal tibia and fibula fracture.
He was operated, implant removal ( completely closed with retrograde hook method), exchange nailing+plating and bone grafting done in single sitting.
Hopefully for a speedy recovery and union.
