requirement ,consultations and queries . I have an intention of making this world a better place for us and future generations to live in which can be achieved only by meditating. Meditation makes us discover the oneness prevailing among humans, animals , birds, plants and all other beings co existing . This realization is a priceless outcome of meditation.Keeping this in mind we offer not only facilitating meditation but also enhancing the practice for you. We help you connect with who you truly are your true self,your higher self ,with the part which has been remained unexplored all this while I understand due to ongoing pandemic it’s not easy to travel and get a meditation mentor to train you on spirituality and meditation. I always planned to have meditation retreat of my own to facilitate this cause , and people could come to meditate there .However with the ongoing situation online mentoring is the best thing I can offer to the world now and it is available to bigger masses . We bring meditation mentor at your home’s privacy and comfort through online lifetime access of guided meditation videos . is an excellent opportunity for corporate employees ,students , home makers and people working from home as it does not require much of their time. "Why does my body tilt or why do I experience back discomfort during meditation?"

This is one of the most common questions participants ask after meditation sessions.

During meditation, the body begins to relax, stored tension may start releasing, and awareness of physical sensations increases. As a result, some people experience discomfort, body movements, swaying, or tilting.

In this video, I explain why these experiences can occur and share simple tips to make your meditation practice more comfortable and effective.

Remember: Meditation is not about forcing the body to be perfectly still. It is about developing awareness, presence, and a compassionate relationship with yourself.

Not every person who plays a singing bowl is a sound healer.

And perhaps that's a conversation the wellness industry needs to have.
Because healing does not come from the bowl.

Healing does not come from the gong.
Healing does not come from the chime.
A sound can be created by anyone.
A metal bowl can be struck with a spoon.
A frequency can be measured.
A note can be played.
But healing is something entirely different.
Healing is an intention.
Healing is a presence.
Healing is a transmission of compassion, awareness, love, and care.

The most important instrument in any sound healing session is not the bowl.
It is the person holding it.

Before a single note is played...
Before the first vibration fills the room...
Before the gong, the chime, or the crystal bowl is touched...
There is a presence.
A nervous system.
A breath.
A heartbeat.
A level of awareness that quietly shapes the entire experience.

Guests may remember the beautiful sounds.
But what they truly feel is the energy behind them.
The intention.
The sincerity.
The safety.
The stillness.

The depth of presence being offered to them.
Because people do not heal simply from hearing a frequency.
They heal when they feel deeply supported.
Deeply seen.
Deeply heard.
Deeply held.

Human beings are becoming emotionally exhausted in a world designed to keep them constantly stimulated.

We upgraded technology.
But neglected the nervous system.

We built smarter systems.
But forgot inner stillness.

We created luxury lifestyles.
But millions still cannot sleep peacefully at night.

Perhaps the future of wellness is no longer about escape.It is about helping people feel safe inside themselves again.

The next evolution of luxury wellness will not only heal the body.It will restore the human experience itself.

We built a hyperconnected world.
But disconnected humans from themselves.
Humanity has never been more connected.Yet people have never felt more disconnected from themselves.

We have faster technology, smarter systems, artificial intelligence, endless entertainment, luxury lifestyles, and constant stimulation.
Yet anxiety is rising.
Sleep disorders are rising.
Burnout is rising.
Emotional numbness is rising.
Loneliness is rising.
