A 70yr old male (k/c/o Stomach Cancer) presented with persistent vomitings. Endoscopy showed completed Gastric outlet obstruction (outlet of stomach is completely blocked due to cancer).
We successfully placed a stent across the obstruction endoscopically.
The obstruction was relieved and we avoided surgery for the patient
