Ovulation timing matters!

The fertile window is the 5 days before ovulation through ovulation day.
The chances of conception are generally highest when in*******se happens 1–2 days before ovulation. 🌸

👉 You don’t necessarily have to wait for the exact ovulation day.
👉 Having in*******se every 1–2 days during the fertile window can help maximize your chances.

If your periods are irregular, especially with PCOS, predicting ovulation just by counting cycle days may not be accurate. In such cases, ovulation tracking can be helpful.

✨ Remember: Every couple is different, and these percentages represent population-level estimates—not a guarantee of pregnancy.

పెళ్లికి ముందే Semen Test అవసరమా? 🤔
పెళ్లికి ముందు ప్రతి అబ్బాయి Semen Analysis చేయించుకోవాలా? 🤔

ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండి, ఎలాంటి fertility-related symptoms లేదా risk factors లేని unmarried men అందరూ routine గా semen analysis చేయించుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

Semen analysis ఒకరి future fertilityకి guarantee certificate కాదు. ఒకసారి report normal గా వచ్చినంత మాత్రాన భవిష్యత్తులో pregnancy తప్పకుండా వస్తుందని చెప్పలేం. అలాగే ఒకసారి abnormal report వచ్చినంత మాత్రాన infertility అని కూడా నిర్ణయించలేం.

కానీ undescended te**is, testicular surgery/injury, varicocele, chemotherapy/radiotherapy history, hormonal problems లేదా sexual/ejaculatory problems ఉంటే doctor advice తో semen analysis చేయించుకోవచ్చు.

👉 Routine test కంటే, అవసరానికి అనుగుణంగా fertility evaluation ముఖ్యం.

పిల్లలు లేరని ఉద్యోగాన్ని వదిలేసింది…
10 ఏళ్ల నిరీక్షణ… 3 ఏళ్ల బాధ… చివరికి ఒక అందమైన శుభవార్త ❤️

మూడు సంవత్సరాల క్రితం IVF విఫలమైన తర్వాత, ఆమె పూర్తిగా కుంగిపోయింది. ఇతరుల ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం చెప్పాల్సి వస్తుందనే భయంతో తన టీచర్ ఉద్యోగాన్ని కూడా వదిలేసింది.

మళ్లీ ప్రయత్నించే ధైర్యం రావడానికి 3 సంవత్సరాలు పట్టింది.

అది matter… రోజుకో quarter 😅
డాక్టర్, నేను హెల్తీగా తింటాను… రెగ్యులర్‌గా జిమ్ కూడా చేస్తాను. మరి నా స్పెర్మ్ కౌంట్ ఎందుకు తక్కువగా ఉంది?”

ఇలాంటి ప్రశ్నలు చాలా మంది పురుషులు అడుగుతారు.

మంచి డైట్ & రెగ్యులర్ ఎక్సర్సైజ్ తప్పకుండా ముఖ్యం. కానీ స్పెర్మ్ కౌంట్, motility, morphology తగ్గడానికి లైఫ్‌స్టైల్‌తో పాటు ఇతర medical causes కూడా ఉండొచ్చు.

ఈ కేసులో చివరికి తెలిసిన విషయం ఏమిటంటే… ఆయన రోజూ ఆల్కహాల్ తీసుకుంటున్నారు! 🍻

అయితే alcohol ఒక్కటే కారణం అని చెప్పలేం. Hypothyroidism, diabetes, varicocele, hormonal problems, infections, obesity, certain medications, heat exposure వంటి ఇతర కారణాలు కూడా male fertilityని ప్రభావితం చేయవచ్చు.

👉 కాబట్టి semen analysisలో abnormality వస్తే కేవలం “నేను హెల్తీగా తింటున్నాను కదా?” అని అనుకోవద్దు.

కారణాన్ని గుర్తించడం ముఖ్యం — సరైన evaluation & treatmentతో చాలామంది పురుషుల్లో s***m parameters మెరుగుపడే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

కానీ ఒక ముఖ్యమైన విషయం గుర్తుంచుకోండి! ⚠️

Home semen test ≠ Complete laboratory semen analysis

పూర్తి semen analysis లో:
🔹 S***m concentration
🔹 Motility
🔹 Morphology
🔹 Semen volume
🔹 ఇతర ముఖ్యమైన semen parameters

వంటి అంశాలను కూడా పరీక్షిస్తారు.

అందుకే home test ఒక initial screening tool మాత్రమే.
Home test లో result abnormal గా వస్తే, లేదా pregnancy కోసం ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నా conception కాకపోతే, proper laboratory semen analysis చేయించుకోవడం చాలా ముఖ్యం.

👉 Fertility evaluation అంటే కేవలం ఆడవారికి మాత్రమే కాదు. Male factor కూడా infertility కి ఒక ముఖ్యమైన కారణం.

Doctor… నాకు baby తెల్లగా కావాలి!” 😳
“డాక్టర్… IVF చేస్తున్నాం కదా, Baby కొంచెం Fairగా ఉండేలా Choose చేసుకోవచ్చా?” 😳👶🏻

ఇలాంటి ప్రశ్న నాకు Patients నుంచి అప్పుడప్పుడు వస్తుంటాయి!

IVF అనేది Babyని మనకు నచ్చినట్టు Customize చేసుకునే ప్రక్రియ కాదు. ❌

Baby Fairగా ఉండాలి, Height ఇలా ఉండాలి, Eyes ఇలా ఉండాలి, Intelligence ఎక్కువగా ఉండాలి… ఇలా మనకు నచ్చిన Physical Characteristics ఆధారంగా Babyని Choose చేయడం IVFలో సాధ్యం కాదు.

అయితే, అవసరమైన సందర్భాల్లో PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing) ద్వారా కొన్ని Genetic లేదా Chromosomal abnormalities ఉన్న Embryosని గుర్తించవచ్చు. 🧬

అందుకే గుర్తుంచుకోండి ❤️

IVF మనకు Healthy Pregnancy సాధించడంలో సహాయపడుతుంది… కానీ ఇది “Designer Baby” తయారు చేసే ప్రక్రియ కాదు!

ఫాలిక్యులర్ స్కాన్ అంటే కేవలం “ఫాలికల్ ఎంత పెరిగింది?” అని చూడటం మాత్రమే కాదు! 😊

ఫాలికల్ growthని monitor చేసి, ovulation ఎప్పుడు జరగబోతోందో అంచనా వేసి, సరైన సమయంలో timed in*******se లేదా IUI చేయడానికి follicular scans చాలా ఉపయోగపడతాయి. ❤️

కానీ… ఫాలికల్ రెడీగా ఉన్నప్పుడు హస్బెండ్ కూడా availableగా ఉండాలి కదా! 😂🙈

పెళ్లై 26 ఏళ్లు… IVF ముందే చేయించుకోవాల్సింది!
26 ఏళ్ల నిరీక్షణ… చివరకు IVFతో వారి కల నిజమైంది. ❤️👶

ఈ దంపతులు ఎన్నో సంవత్సరాలు సహజ గర్భధారణ కోసం, IUI చికిత్సల కోసం ప్రయత్నించారు. చివరకు IVF ద్వారా తల్లిదండ్రులయ్యారు.

వారితో మాట్లాడినప్పుడు నేను చెప్పింది ఒక్కటే…
“IVF అవసరమని తెలిసినప్పుడు ఆలస్యం చేయకండి.”

ప్రతి జంటకు IVF అవసరం ఉండదు. కానీ అవసరమైన వారికి సరైన సమయంలో సరైన చికిత్స ప్రారంభించడం చాలా ముఖ్యం. సమయం గడిచే కొద్దీ వయసు, అండాల నాణ్యత, విజయావకాశాలపై ప్రభావం పడుతుంది.
