💔 Why do some people keep cheating despite promising to change?

After an affair is discovered, many partners desperately want to believe that things will be different. Apologies are made. Promises are given. Hope returns.

But while anyone can make a mistake, repeated infidelity often reflects a deeper pattern rather than a one-time lapse.

People may repeatedly cheat for various reasons—seeking validation, chasing excitement, struggling with impulse control, fearing genuine intimacy, or believing they can have both commitment and novelty. Understanding these reasons may provide insight, but it does not excuse the behavior.

Perhaps the most important lesson is this:

Trust is rebuilt through consistent actions, not repeated promises.

If you find yourself asking, "Will they change?", it may also be worth asking:

"What is this relationship doing to my mental health?"

Healthy relationships are built on trust, honesty, respect, and emotional safety. When betrayal becomes a recurring pattern, the emotional cost can be significant—leading to anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion.

🌿 Sometimes clarity begins when we stop focusing on changing the other person and start focusing on protecting our own well-being.

Breastfeeding and psychiatric medicines do not always mean choosing one over the other.
Many mothers can safely continue treatment while breastfeeding under medical supervision. The risks of untreated mental illness are often greater than the risks of appropriately prescribed medication.
If you're worried about your medication and breastfeeding, talk to your psychiatrist before making any changes.
❤️ Healthy mother. Healthy baby. Healthy family.

The Ikigai Diet isn't about counting calories.
It's about creating a healthier relationship with food.
🌿 Eat until 80% full. 🌿 Prioritize plant-based foods. 🌿 Slow down and enjoy meals. 🌿 Share food with people you love.
Sometimes longevity begins with the smallest daily habits.

Why do some people have everything but still feel lonely?
Loneliness is not always caused by being alone. Often, it stems from feeling unseen, misunderstood, or emotionally disconnected despite being surrounded by people.
True well-being comes not only from achievement and success, but also from meaningful relationships, emotional intimacy, and a sense of belonging.
If you have been feeling lonely despite having a full life, know that your feelings are valid—and that connection begins with allowing yourself to be genuinely known.

🧔 Men's Mental Health Matters
Many men are taught to be self-reliant and emotionally strong. While resilience is valuable, it should not come at the cost of emotional well-being.
Mental health difficulties often go unrecognized in men because they may appear as irritability, anger, withdrawal, or unhealthy coping behaviors rather than sadness alone.
Creating spaces where men can talk openly without fear of judgment can make a significant difference.
