Dengue is a mosquito-borne viral disease spread by the bite of infected Aedes mosquitoes, which usually bite during the daytime. It is common in tropical and subtropical regions.

Symptoms:-
Symptoms usually appear 4–10 days after being bitten and may include:
High fever
Severe headache
Pain behind the eyes
Muscle and joint pain
Nausea and vomiting
Skin rash
Mild bleeding (such as nose or gum bleeding)

Warning Signs:-
Seek immediate medical attention if a person with dengue develops:
Severe abdominal pain
Persistent vomiting
Difficulty breathing
Bleeding from the gums or nose
Blood in vomit or stool
Extreme weakness, drowsiness, or restlessness.

Prevention:-
The best way to prevent dengue is to avoid mosquito bites and reduce mosquito breeding:-
Remove standing water from containers, tires, flower pots, and buckets.
Cover water storage containers tightly.
Use mosquito repellents.
Wear long-sleeved clothing and long pants.
Install window screens or use mosquito nets where needed.
Keep your surroundings clean.
Treatment:-
There is no specific antiviral treatment for dengue. Management focuses on:
Getting plenty of rest
Drinking enough fluids to prevent dehydration
Taking paracetamol (acetaminophen) for fever and pain (avoid aspirin and ibuprofen unless advised by a healthcare professional, as they can increase the risk of bleeding)
Key Message:-
"Prevent mosquito breeding, protect yourself from mosquito bites, and seek medical care early if symptoms develop. Early detection and proper care can save lives."

"ఫ్యాటీ లివర్ అనేది మద్యం తాగే వాళ్లకే వచ్చే వ్యాధి కాదు. ఊబకాయం, షుగర్, అధిక బరువు, జంక్ ఫుడ్, వ్యాయామం లేకపోవడం వంటి కారణాల వల్ల కూడా వస్తుంది. సమయానికి పరీక్షలు చేయించుకొని, జీవనశైలిని మార్చుకుంటే లివర్‌ను కాపాడుకోవచ్చు."
